what does btt mean ?

I'm wondering why the time on my page reads 2:59am Thur feb 04, when it's 9:02 pm Wed Feb 03.

Dale, Go to "User Control Panel" then to "Board Prefrences" then set the time at UTC 8 "Pacific Time"

It took me a while to figure that one out. LOL
