Valentines Day Tom

The first pic is of a big tom we have put out on 4 times and he is still roaming the hills. We put out on him again this morn and yet he got away again. We got him pretty well patterned now, his time is coming. I had a bunch of nickels so I put them next to his track about 3 inches. After we lost that battle we went across the drainage and chased this younger tom and tree'd him.

Well I wont be huntin for a few weeks so it was a great way to end the day and my hunting for the next couple weeks. Im headed down to the Panther Refuge in Florida for the next couple weeks to do some RX burnin. It should be fun, I hope I get to see some swamp cats.

Joe McBride is supposed to be down there in South Florida, with his Hounds catching collard Lions for the Study. Maybe you can politic a hunt in wth them. Joe can be a challenge, but has Great Hounds.

We will be @ the Camp another 2 weeks, email me and stop for an Opry Concert! We are just off US Hwy 19, South of I-10.

We were on our way to do some burning in the middle of Big Cypress National Preserve yesterday and ran across a young female packing a deer down the trail. They went after it with dogs today hoping to tree it and collar it. I'm guessing it was Joe with the dogs not sure though. I sure wish I could have tagged along. It must take some amazing dogs with all the water down here.

What should I get my boyfriend for his birthday and valentine's day? His birthday and valentines day hit in the same week. He doesn't like to receive presents much and he already has everything. Oh, and he's 45 and we have been dating for a year.
