Have not talked to rodney for some time but last I heard he would run his own track and get treed and like you said he showed a bunch of gritt. He says he shows no signs of timidness and is locating pretty fast now.

I run plotts and walkers. I have an ursus plott, he's a jam up dog. I also have a few other plott hounds but dont know their blood lines.

We run a bunch of Str Mtn, and Str Mtn Weems bred dogs, they work for us on Bear, cats, and coyotes. Would like to find some all Str Mtn pups, preferably going back to Abe, Slate, Jet. If anyone knows of some let me know.

Hounds 7, I have a pretty heavy Bearpath Gyp that has done great. I've heard other really good things about them. I'm sure there are more people with way more experience with the line.

Rick,
Good Luck... Been looking for the same dogs for a while. I'm sure you have too.
