plott health
have a fifteen month old plott pup have ran him on a coon and a bobcat. bobcat was about a month ago and the coon was about a week and a half ago. Two days ago he stopped eating and now his hind quarters are locked up pretty stiff. I had given him a 5 day supply of penecilin but brought him to the vets last night and had a temp of 104 and got more antibiotics. any help would be appreciated.

coonhound paralysis? I have never had it in my dogs but worth looking into.

Could be Lymes disease, that causes the limbs to lock up and run a fever, get em to a vet right away, it can be fixed pretty easy if they treat it early it will permanently hurt the dog if it goes to long.
