It's on page 10 of your regs supposedly. Here is the quote:

Motion-Tracking Devices and/or
Camera Devices
It is illegal for a person to possess or
use in the field any electronic or camera
device who’s purpose is to scout the
location of game animals or relay the
information on a game animal’s location
or movement during any Commission adopted
hunting season.

We can't use them during any hunting season, so that puts us being able to use them from June 1st to august 14th. I've been in a real debates on the bowsite.com, there so many of these make it all (wolf lovers) nautral AS@@#$#@ that want change everything. We need to change who we have in there as govorner and win back OUR MFWP, we pretty much Democraps as commissionors (the chair is a lawyer, NOT GOOD) and that isn't good. Then one of the knew commissioners was the head of Demcats here in montana, he has views that don't like ours know matter if he says he is prohunter. Remember Obama's hunting advertisement here in Montana.

I can honest say I don't believe we need the one that send it to our computer or cell phone. So what does it hurt for to use the one s where we as hunter have to walk out in @@#$$%ING woods put them on a tree and have fun.

What I believe what happen is someone (greenies) that knows one of the commissioner has stick up his ars and needed a favor. that happens (favors) down in Helena all the time.

We are losing opprotunities everyday and this is just another one, so what is going to next. we need to be scareed shi@#$%^ here in montana, this is a eletronic issue and we use eletronics all the time.

Sorry for the wranting but this pissed me off really bad.

What really gets me is all the sportsmen cheering them on. Even here in WA I have lots of guys saying they wished they would do the same thing here. I think alot of guys give these cameras way more credit than they deserve. I highly doubt your harvest numbers in MT will go down even a fraction of a point due to this ban and if they don't then what is the purpose of banning them??
