The interesting thing about myths is that they are based only on what we know as to be so or think we know. There is so much difference in hunters, how we hunt, where we hunt and what we hunt that it is hard for some to relate to what others do or don't do. One of the best thing a guy can do is to go to different areas and hunt with top hunters in that area with a open mind. You can see things that you can not believe is possible. I have yet to find someone that I could not learn something from. How about you? Dewey

Great post dewey. There is a couple mentioned already that make me laugh every time i hear them but the ones that get so much agruement on here have failed to be mentioned. First one is that people consistently rig bobcats and the second is that they can be caught on bare ground.now i know if you havent seen it,its hard to believe. Coming from oregon where thats how we hunted i dont question it. But so many people up here in montana laugh at me when i am rigging my dogs. Well i quess i will just keep laughing my a!! All the way to the tree. Ignorance is bliss
