It would be easy to solidify a trait in a dog by line breeding. The problem I have is to solidify the major traits in what I want in a bobcat dog, to be able to take a 8 to 10 hour cold track and move it with heads up, be able to drive a track without over running and running to far off the track[15 feet], to be trainable a{ smart and taking direction from me], to not bark off track and to be able to locate a tree and stay under pressure from other dogs. Don's point is a very good one very few people are true bobcat hunters. Most hunt other game or do not have the experience to train a bobcat dog. Dewey

Mr. Ed Moore,

Rev. Ray Melton from Uvalde, TX says good things about Fred Wahl and his Hounds.

Glad you had a good Hunt at Hooties! He has a nice set of Hounds.

Where in Texas do you live and Hunt?

Several very Good Strains of Hounds, Beagles, Bird Dogs, and Cowdogs have been made using this formula!

Good Luck and keep us posted on how your Program progresses!
