??? Pedigree Templates ???

I just need some help here and I don't have time to look through all the past posts. I'm sure someones already posted this so sorry for being the slow one.

I have a pack of grade dogs out of some old lines. I was wanting to get some papers wrote up on them for my own records. I can hand write them if I have to I just thoiught there would be a template floating around that I could print.

I'm affraid that if I don't do this the records might be lost forever. The men I get most my dogs from keep very good records. I figure to keep the blood going i better do the same.

Shorty I use a human geneology template that I printed off the computer. I googled geneological template or somthing of that nature and found a bunch.
