Dogs Head/Face swelling from Bite

I got a dog that got bite the other day by another dog, basically got put in his place. Put double antibiotic cream on it yesterday but today I look at his whole head is swollen/face. Gave him a pain pill from the vet I got awhile ago and an antibiotic pill from the vet. Anything to help make the swelling go down? THanks.

Just poke a hole in the swelling and squeeze the pus drain out. Give him 3cc's of penicilian for a couple days and he will be fine

Yeah it started going down really good yesterday and is completely gone now. I had a few pills of antibiotics left that I was giviing him. Today he looked back to normal. I didnt drain it but it drained itself back into his body. He's fine now. Thanks.
