Can you breed a english bluetick to a bluetick and still register them U.K.C.?

You can't because they are two seperate breeds.

Check with UKC, but I think the pups can be single registered both ways, depending on color?

I never thought of single registering them, but i'm pretty sure if you single register them you can't register their pups. Single registration is only if you want to competition hunt them.
