Saturday's Hunt

Post by mpritchard »

Here's some pix from the weekend that turned out pretty good. We caught the bear in a cave. It was a small bear so we let it go. The dogs did a great job, there were two other dogs not seen in the photos.\

Lippy, those dogs are 8 and 7 years old. They belong to my partner. I can't remember where the lines came from... I will find out. The dog on the left was a B&T and walker mix and the dog on the right was Plot and Walker mix. Damned good working dogs. They've gotten us to a lot a bear trees over the years!!

Yeah we thought so to, until we pulled off the dogs and the bear slipped out the back door!!

BTW this is typical of our season here, just another little one!! Them big ones must be hiding out where we can't get to 'um!!
