Hello from South AR
I am 34yr's old was born and raised in Louisiana moved north a few years ago hog hunting is my passon cant get enough of it when I aint doing it I want to read about it. I first got interested about hog hunting when I was a boy my Grandad would tell me stories about his Leopard bulldogs and how they ran hog's in the woods year round and would catch them to mark I would hang on his every word. I killed alot of hog's deer hunting but getting my first hog dog 5 years ago changed it all since then I have run a mix Bulldog/Catahoula/Bird dog cross with a touch of hound I call them (Briar patch bullys) They are getting better and better everytime I tweek them.

Hey man,
i am from south louisiana and i hog hunt with cur dogs. Mostly cats and bmc. If you are ever interested in selling a puppy off of your "briar patch bullys" i would like to get one. Sounds like a hell of a good mix. Are they silent or open?

I mostly use them myself got a litter right now Brindle red and gold most are spoken for from freinds but if I end up with a xtra will let you know if your willing to drive that far for one you most likely would take care of it and I would only charge you for shots $25.00 like I said I breed for my own use and freinds but would like to hear what others thought of them they are rough and you only need 1 on the ground 2 max they are to brave and dont want to stop unless all the hogs are dead or they are .Been working to tone them down a little but I dont chase hogs very far.
