kennel or chain,above ground or on ground?

I have all my dogs on chains and than have old plastic 55 gal drums as houses. I dug so the bottoms sit lower than the top end a little so when they get in they are down a little bit kinda helps when the wind blows. But i'm moving them into a kennel in a few weeks

I only have two pups right now so they are just running around free but when they get old enough and start running to far i will put them on a long line so they can still run around. I am wanting to fence in the back yard and put a hot wire to make an ideal area for my two boys.

if you have time to clean kennels every day kennel them if not tie out on a chain, they'll get the poop drug down with the chain....
