A good week

I just finished up a bring your own hounds hunt. It was a pursuit only hunt.This fellow brought up a handfull of dogs to see what they where made of. This was the first time my dogs had hunted with others but everything went well. It was an action packed week , with 7 or 8 trees, long walking bears and a couple long claw races. Even had time to hunt a bear for an up coming tv show to be aired this winter. It was cool and the dogs did their job. The coolest thing was seeing this guy harvest a bear with a longbow from a wheelchair. Enjoy the pictures.

Beautiful bears, hardworking dogs in fantastic scenery, probably cant get much better than that. - Only thing I can think of that would make it better, have to be one of them long calwed ones, bayed up by them dogs.....

good job dude, I'm jelouse. the mountain I have been hunting only has like six bears on it. It might be a couple years before I catch what you caught this week. good job, must be some good dogs. congrats to the guy in the wheelchar too.

When I am guiding I have 450 square miles to run on, when I am playing the whole province is up for grabs. Lots of bears in BC infact around 200,00 is the estimate.

Good job and some nice bears buddy. Good on ya for getting the handicapped hunter in for a havest. That will be one of the highlights of his life no doubt
