Hauling a snowmobile and a dogbox on a truck?

Whats the best way to haul a snowmobile, a dogbox, and a sled trailer for the dogbox on one truck? I hate pulling trailers. 'preciate any pics.

this is what i have been using for the last couple years. i put six dogs underneath the deck with plenty of room to spare. i can load two long track sleds easily on top or two 4 wheelers.

Buy a trailer or a flatbed and just your luck I have both for sale, flatbed for midsize pickup or a 2 place tilt snowmobile/atv trailer.

How long of ramps do you have to use to get it up on top. I have 7 footers and i don't think they would work. Be way to steap of a climb.

dmack is that truck of yours a long box or a short box? I have a short box chevy crew cab and I need to build a new box that will also support a sled on top. I am assuming your set is just the top and nothing below but open bed. I was thinking I would have to build the box beyond the end of the bed and have the tailgate down to accomadate for the length of the sled. With that in mind I thought it would be perfect to leave cut outs for the dogs heads beyond the end of the bed rails. Thanks for any in-sight

its a long box. underneath i boxed in the frame for the dogbox and there is a door in the back so when i drop the tailgate the dogs dont go busting out. ill take a pic with the tailgate down for you. the top deck is 8 ft long and the beaver tail on the end is about 16in to help shorten the the ramp and the ramp is 8 ft, has plastic slides for skis on one side and flip it over to drive atv up the bars on the other, that plastic is pretty slick and atv cant climb it

im working on almost this same issue...im going to make a smaller dog box to fit in the front of the bed of the truck...then put the sled in...and i dont know what to do with the sled trailer yet...well cuz i dont have one yet...but i would like to see your set up....

here are a couple pics of the back of the deck, on top is one of those tub shaped sleds that i put a top on so i could put some dogs in if needed.

with two sleds loaded i either put the dog sled on a hitch hauler or kick the tails of the sleds apart and tie down the dog sled in between them to avoid having to pull a trailer on slick roads.

build a dog box roughly 20"-24" h x 2' w x 4'l -- if you need more room -go longer - can go as wide as your truck--

you may build dogbox a little less height than is best to keep it lower-

mount on spacers on bed rail --right behind cab - spacer depends on hood style of snowmachine -- with toyota and a tundra need to raise about 7 inches -- mite not have to raise as much with full size truck --

need to raise it enuff to allow snowmobile to go all the way forward under your dog box -

if you have a typical flat sled/ box , - mounts crossways --
all one unit

if you have a sled with suspension -have to take apart -just put it in beside snowmobile--

i use a snowbank to load and unload but if you need ramps -

build a false floor and slide ramps underneath --

this is not as handy as a flat bed would be-

i worry bout truck being tippy with too much weight mounted high on a small toyota

lol also have used a pipe rack and put sled on top -- over cab--

now that is a giant sail ---

toyota already underpowered ---extra wind resistance really hard on gas /power

ive tried all kinds of crazy stuff --lol --sometimes i just strap a crate onto cargo rack on snowmobile - like spanky did -

this works ok but makes a tundra or similiar sled awful tippy

you get snowmobile stuck and what a pain that is--

did that yesterday --lol

im using heavy ratchet straps --- to hold everything together --

good thing cause i always seem to be using them as a winch to get

unstuck --lol

DMack --- wow i really like that rig -- because its removeable-- still got regular bed when u need it -

- if i only had truck enuff to haul it .

my problem is --i really need a trailer truck to haul everything -- lol
