Big litters

Hey I was just wondering if anybody else has a bitch that always throws big litters? Also how often do they all make it? My btn has 13 the first time and only seven made it. Had 12 a couple weeks ago, and so far all but one are doing great. We tried feeding them, but they won't/wouldn't eat. Kinda weird. I figured it natures way, and fortunately the kids where all very practical about it. No endless crying etc.... anyway I ramble later

I have one that has at least 12 each litter and always has some still borns. She is an ok mother but my other gyp that has at most 11 pups is a way better mother and will let any pup nurse off her, ironic huh.
