2010 Bear Regulations???

Are the 2010 Bear regulations out yet? Did they change the GPS tracking collar rule?

No change. No GPS, no treeing switches.

The way I understand it, Fish and Game was over run with questions about the changes to the regs by the anti's and because of the fairness act they are required to answer all questions in writing and submit them to the Wild life commission before they could consider any changes, because of cut backs by fish and game they only had 6 people available to address the questions and they were unable answer them in time for the vote so everything was kept the same.
