Made seven trees and looked at 8 coons Sat. morning. My potlickers kept their streak alive, over two months and still no slick trees. Had one exceptional race after treeing the coon once. Put him across two sheep fences, a FM Highway and in an armadillo or fox den in the neighboring ranch. I keep thinking that I am going to have to change ranches to find a coon but so far they keep showing up.
My nephew and his buddy had a fellow loan them a Treeing (I do mean treeing) Walker to help train some pups. In four outings, he has made 11 trees and so far not treed a coon. I guess that is why they call them TREEING walkers. He was returned back to the rightful owner after five days. Makes appreciate these sorry blue dogs.

Gary

Gary,
Keep up the "Ira Woods" method of Wildlife management!
Soon the Blue Wonders will be the Best Bobcat Hounds in the West Central Texas area!
The Ranch owners Deer Feeding bill should soon start to show some improvement aas it don't take many Coons to eat 50# of feed in a night.
Congrats on such SORRY Hounds! See U soon!

Re: Good Morning II
Don't know what the dog's breeding is but must be a competition bred hound. The dog was from the Brownwood, TX area.
I made a circle this morning and made 5 trees, shot out 3 coons and two were hollow trees.
