telemetry trackers

Post by black_oak »

hi all, a friend gave me a wildlife materials receiver called "the merlin". 1980's manufacture i think. anyone else use one?. it tracks collars between 217.150 and 217.200. im just curios what ya think of it if you have or had one. i like it way better than my r-400. for me its easier to fine tune to pin point the hound. one of the 2 collars i got with it does seem to be a lott stronger signal than the other, but getting used to that. thanks ttyl

I don't have that reciever, but is a nice box with a good reputation.

I too advcanced from the R-400 and am sure glad I did!

Much easier to keep track of the dogs now, and I can actually find them!
