tritronics question?

I got a brand new 6 dog tritronic and a couple times when I charge the hand held the red light just stays on and it freezes up and won't work until it goes dead and you recharge it again. anybody else had this happen or know why?

I've only had it happen once or twice. I just reset it on the dock, but I wasn't waiting on it or anything. You should probably call tritronics since it seems to be consistant with a brand new system.

Never had this problem with mine, but I would suggest calling them. A six dog system is a lot of money and I would want it to work flawlessly!
