Walkers -v- Plotts lion hunting poll

Post by southwestwalkers »

This forums been a little boring lately. So I figure I’ll stir the pot a little and start a friendly debate.

Just wanted to get a feel for the thinking out there when it comes to hunting and treeing the big cats.

For Mtn Lion hunting what is the better dog?

I have three walkers so you know how I'll cast my vote :P

Have some fun norcalkemmer and don't take things too serious. It leads to anxiety attacks and high blood preasure.. It's all in good fun

since were talking lions, not bears I would have to say without a shadow of a doubt Walkers. (with a little bluetic in em) I've only ever seen one or two plotts my whole life that could hunt cats. well that ought to stir it up pretty good    remember this is just my opinion and based on only my experiance not yours.

Why feed 18 when 2 walkers will do just as good. :D

Bplott, I like your sense of humor! I am still laughing. trust me I have wanted to site my rifle in on those spots from time to time too, but stripes just work way better

it still doesn't change the fact that plotts suck!

really I don't have anything against plotts it's just that all the plott guys kinda try to fit into a certain image. I have owned a few plotts over the years, and I sure didn't see the hype. if these plotts are half as hard headed as their owners they will be hard to correct.
