Gascons vs american blueticks

I'm looking for some accurate info about gascons, the difference from american blueticks, can they be ukc reg, are they reg as blueticks or gascons, can the crossed and reg as ukc blueticks, any and all info would be appreciated, I'm very interested in these dogs, I have 2 very nice 7 month old pups and I want to know more about them, Thanks

They can be registered by UKC, they are considered a Bluetick by UKC registered as such.
American Blue Gascon Hound Association registers then as Gascon if they meet their requirements, google ABGHA has a bit of info there.

Driftwood blue on this site would be some one worth looking up here.
