I've Heard you either Love it or Hate it... also heard it Depends on the Cat.

Anyone Eat it? how did you cook it?

I just had mine steaked out, and was going to try and figure out how to fry it..

Cook it like backstrap.. Flour it and throw it in the fry pan with lots of butter.. It was really good that way.. And that is the only way I have tried it so far

Grill it is good too(for the ground meat)
if you have a roast -sear it then cook it just like a pork or beef roast with potatoes,carrots,onion and celery---If you do not want to try it send it to me!
