I have one collar that does not have the arrow when on the dog page ever since I updated it? No big deal cause it does show it on the map page but afraid it may lead to more trouble. Also it's a DC30.

Budd,

Try reloading the software and see if that works. Otherwise you can disconnect the battery and let it sit for a little while and that wipes the software clean then reload.

Another thing to look at is if you are tracking more than 3 collars, you will need to have the collar your wanting an arrow for showing on the list of dogs. You may have to scroll up/down through the list to get the collars showing that you want an arrow for.
