This dogbox is all 1/8 inch thick aluminum, The seams are all 100% welded, no rivets or screws to loosen up. What corners I could bend in the bending brake are bended and the rest are welded. The size of this particular box is 22x22x37, fits perfectly on my ATV rack. I can fit four of my dogs in it, but I do run pretty small dogs, but you can fit 3 real comfortably.
