Rubber duck antenna for garmin
Have any of you used this antenna at all. I haven't had any trouble with my astro as far as losing signal and not gettin it right back. I was just wantin a backup in case i get in that situation that i need with those travelin cats that move to fast for my short legs. thanks for lookin and any input? And buddy anything you know about it would help

I use an antenna from Smiley Antenna. It's about 9" long and is supposed to have a 3db gain. I don't know if it's all that, but it does work better than the factory one. It is very flexible and I'm very carefull about over tightening it to the Astro.
