another bobcat

let my son skip school thursday. the male dog is his anyway. only found 1 cat track. well there were 2 running together. we figured a male and female. didnt know how to make the dogs go on the bigger 1 but they figured it out on their own. must have been a stinkier track. they treed this 34lbs tom. was very happy. the last 2 were both almost 4 miles each. they got this 1 in 1.25. only took 40 minutes. now all we have left is my daughter. took her up friday and ran 2 but the extreme cold brought out the puppy in the dogs. they lost both of them in the rocks. oh well not everything has to end up in a tree. she got to listen to her dog sing that mountain music all day.

nice seeing young people out hunting with hounds. Its a great sport and pass time for anyone. Nice cat and hounds good luck
