walker/airedale cross opinions

i have always liked the airedale cross to a plott and had one that was half black and tan quarter plott quarter airedale and liked him alot. lost all my airedale blood and am picking up two half walker half airedale and was wondering some opinions on the cross.

It should add some grit to your dogs for sure. I like airedales and terriers in general. Some like a quarter airedale. I wonder if they will open or be closed mouth dogs.

aint to sure they took more to the walker side. they are just fuzzy.

based entirely on my experiences w/ treeing walkers, they should be good fight picking dogs. knock that out of them and you should be able to make descent or better dogs out of them.

pops i have had several airedale crosses and never had an airedale pick a fight. last one i had was an exceptional dog and so was the one before that. applied alot of pressure that the bears couldn't stand. made them climb quicker. i was only wondering bout the specific cross. had them crossed with everything but a redbone and a walker.

haven't run any dales or crosses so i don't know how they are at picking fights, but i have seen so mant crap bred fight picking treeing walkers that i am really getting turned off of the breed.

i can't really argue bout those new fangeled bred walkers. seen way to many tree minded retards pick fights thats why the majority of my dogs are cross bred.
