fur buyers in eastern oregon??

wheres everyone take there hides when season starts?? I know theres one in Ontario just want to know where else. This up coming season will be my first so just trying to figure everything out now.

I take my hides to the Prineville sale. Its usually a week or two after cat season. And then they have to silent bid it. So you'll end up with the best prices. A fur buyer might not give you the full price if he has no competition. Klamath Falls has been a good sale too the last few years. For information goto the Oregon trappers associations website.

Edit that's for a skinned and dried hides. If you want to take whole some fur buyers will take them. But you wont get the good price that you'd get if you did it yourself correctly.
