R.I.P. Suzie

Post by laneysplott »

My old cat hound Suzie passed on Aug.1.2011 At the age of 11. She was The best Bobcat hunt to ever live in Maine, In ten years we killed 202 bobcats in front of her. She was the master at her game, She made the most difficult hunt seem easy, New every trick the elusive bobcat could throw at her, when they circled in a dense jack fir thicket she made them look foolish, From the age of 9 months old she could catch her own cat with ease. We broke the maine state record twice for bobcats killed in a season with Suzie.. She was one in a million hound. I will dearly miss the old girl, my best hound, my best freind. R.I.P. Suzie.

Sounds like you were LUCKY to have such a great dog.
And she was lucky to be owned by someone that hunted her hard.
