Eye alergy in hound

I just recently brought my hounds from southwest Texas to the West coast and one of them has developed a terrible watering eye situation. Looks like an alergy of some kind. Outside of benedryl does anyone have a suggestion?

Try neosporin once a day for a few days. put a little bead in lower eye lid. Andy
