no track on 1 of my dc 30 collars

I have a dc 30 collar that doesnt show the dogs track,it works just as good as all my other collars,but no track,just the dog icon. can anyone tell me how i can fix this? thanks mike

Is it set up to show on the map? Go to Menu - Advanced - GPS Applications - Tracks - collar on Saved Tracks - check Show on Map Good Luck Bill

tried that with no luck,i switched colors,checked show on map,nothing worked.any other ideas?

You might have to reset the collar. Go into the ''dog-collar-reset''(at bottom).
I had that problem and was told that the collar memory was full or something like that.
Anyway it worked for me.

Yep, just hit the reset from the dog info page. Should work fine then.
