powering your garmin.

Post by Unreal_tk »

I have a 220 and I use my cig lighter with an adapter to power my 220. However my buddy has a 320 which this does not work. Has anyone figured out how to? Also what type of batteries are you running for your garmin?

The 320 takes a different Power adapter. The 220's will work with most any truck plug in and most cell phone ones will work with the 220.

Only a few of them will work on the 320. I found the same problem a couple months ago.

Try the lithium batteries, they last forever.

The only way to go is to get you a good battery charger and use it for your hand held and the other things. You will save money by far.
