Has anyone tried the gps app. For the iPhone

I heard that there was an app. For the IPhone for a gps to track your dogs. Has anyone tried it? How does it work? And is it worth using, vs. buying the big expensive gps and tracking collars?

No sorry all we've heard is that its an app for the iPhone that's supposed to work like the gps. And save you lots of money. If you find it and use it, let me know! We asked somone at gander mountain and they new what we were talking about but they weren't sure what collar would work with it

I looked a little and found one but it didnt look or sound like it had topo maps. It was based more towards dogs lost in town. I think
