new NY bobcat management plan

The NY DEC has a new [proposed] bobcat management plan out, that will expand seasons on bobcats in some areas of the state. It doesn't affect me much here in the Catskills, but you can see the summary here:

there is a link to comment on it by email as well as a snail mail address there. The deadline for comments is Feb 16
