tri tronics shock system

so the shock stick itself wont work it just stopped working yesterday. what could it be that made it do that?

Call Tri Tronics. They're great people and very helpful. If you need to send it in they'll have it back to you in no time. Ive had great luck dealing with them.

some one told me that if you send it in they would send you a new one but i dont see why they would. it started working again but when it does before anything a red light flashes on top then it turns green and works for a little bit.

Call them and explain to them exactly what's going. They may be able to fix it over the phone. If not you'll send it in. If they don't have the parts available to fix it they'll send you a new one. Trust me and call them. You won't be sorry.

i was gonna call them tomorrow. its just weird cause its working fine now but in probably ten minutes its gonna stop again.

it works awesome now. it just wasnt getting the charge it needed.

Mine did the same thing last week. I called and they sent me a new bottom cap. They said there has been some issues with the screws for the bottom cap, the batteries charge through these screws, so they sent a new cap and longer screws the next day. Everything works great now. Sounds like you may have the same problem, give them a call, it was easy.

yea likly you were not seating it into the recharging socket well enough? I always push it down til the red recharging light comes on.

On another note mine gives me a shock when I hold the bottem and push a button. I know about it now and don't do that much but it sure was funny when my dad used it the other day... It shocks even if its set on tone. ouch!
