DC 40 wont communicate

This is my 4th brand new collar and when I go to hook them up to my 320 it says cant communicate with collar make sure collar is on and you are touching it. There is one long blink then a short fast one on the collar. At first I thought it was the collars but 4 in a row, it has to be something I am doing. Does anyone have any ideas? I have unplugged the collar for 20 minutes and tried everything else but cant find much about this problem. Thanks

Long blink and short blink I think have somehting to do with an error on the GPS side,

I would try and reload the software on the collar with your 320..
