DC30 Problems

This is the first time I have tried to up load new data to the DC 30 collars...anyhow one of my collars was up loading fine when half way through the process it stopped and now the red lights on the collar dont blink, their a constant red light and the collar wont link up with my Garmin anymore???? What now?

Great info, I just had one lock up doing an update last week. Had to pay $89. I will remember that trick. Thanks for sharing.
