I just thought that I would check the pulse of some of the American people. I just got done watching the last of the Republican convention. And thought that it was really good that several that gave speeches, spoke to all Republicans, Democrats, independents, and libertarians, desperately searching for plain ordinary Americans with common sense. I thought it was a breath of fresh air that even some of the politicians realize that America as we know it is heading for the toilet.

And I was wondering how many on this forum after seeing all of our freedoms slowly being picked away at. Such as our hound hunting and many others. Are going to sit by and do nothing, or are we going to spread the word that this bum needs to go?

Just remember if you don't perform at your job the company you work for will send you down the road. So I guess what I'm asking is, don't you think it's time to send this sorry SOB kicking a can down the road that leads him home to Chicago.

Our country is devided between the "makers' and the "takers" Partially made out voter registration forms are in cluded with welfare checks, a family of 4 gets 9000 bucks in food stamps, over 9 bucks an hour unemployment, no tax`s and a tax refund in return for nothing.
As long as we pay people not to work, many of them won`t if they could.

Our country s fall will be caused by crooked politicians but mostrly by eligble voters who don`t know, don`t care and don`t even try to do thioer part as Americans

It truly is amazing, only three replies to this topic.(A lot of interest here) I guess you have hit the nail right on the head. I guess the American people have been getting it packed up their hind end for so long by moron politicians, that when it comes time to really make a difference they are quite content to sit on their thumbs and not feel any discomfort. Because they wouldn't know how to act if they didn't have something stuck up their hind end. Never thought that I would see the day in this great country that the silent majority would not say shit if they had a mouthful. And if you don't have a mouthful by now there probably is no hope.

So please keep this in mind. When they continue to take your hunting privileges away, and your second amendment rights. Just continue to sit on those thumbs, wiggle a little bit, and think to yourself boy this sure feels good.

And also don't forget to take the time to post on this forum and tell everybody how great you and your dogs are, and no one knows anything but you. Because that is time well spent. And when your government hires more dog wardens. And your males and females have to be spayed and neutered and kept in a fenced area. Just look at the bright side you're still be able to take them out on a leash because there will be leash laws. And you will be able to tell your kids and grandkids boy I sure am sorry that I didn't let my voice be heard. Or you can lie like a high percentage, and say don't blame me I didn't vote for the son of a gun.

I know what you are saying, I do not say much anymore on this or any site anymore
But your comments get to me because I fear you may be correct.
I have always had a fierce pride in the American people and our will to over come any obstacle, I too am shocked at the lack of comments to your post seeing as how this is quite possibly the last shot we will have at maintaining what little freedoms we have left.

I realize that many on here have opposite views than myself, and that is their right
while I honestly don't respect those views, I cant say much as this is America and everyone can have a say,
I pray you are wrong and that the Silent Majority will speak loudly in November.
If they don't speak I suppose I will become an outlaw in my own country,

It's sad but true most people are lazy and won't even go vote in November. I for one vote for the person I feel will do the job the best but come November I will be voting for Romney because I feel he is the lesser of the two evils that will be the top competitors. That is only to get Obama out of office and get this country heading some what in the right direction. I feel that welfare is horrible and the ones on it should get their butts up and work for what they're getting
by doing community service and such. The problem with that is there's not many people that arent on welfare that will get out and vote in large enough numbers to get that passed nationally! I try to vote every chance I get but I don't always vote like I should.

It is the fault of the voters who have allowed the government, ,to think for them, hollywood and T V to constantly gush out lies to them, education to slip down to 40th in the world, have a poresident that will not speak in a room that has a crusifix uncovered.

Now, a major speaker at the DNC, named Fluck, has rose to fame because she feels the taxpayers should pay for her recreational sex costs,


The awareness, concern, interest and knowledge of the average voter has sunk to a new low.

Wake up America.. If you do not vote then you are part of the problem--- the big problem is that the current administration is involved in underhanded tactics that will totally undermine our freedom.--- people think it is about "gun control' that is the first line that may take away our freedom---
-- Obama,Pelosi,Harry Reid, Biden,Boxer,Feinstien and that group have decided not to "make an issue of it"because it would alarm us--- that in itself should alarm us-
Those folks have shown their true colors so many times that we all should be aware they are pulling the big lie on us.

yes we should all make it an issue and vote the clowns out.
