Post by Shorty »

Just out of curriosity I was wondering if any fellow Houndsmen/Women were planning to attend or watch. If so who's your pick to win the World Title? I'm supper excited that we have 6 guys with a legit chance at it. Let's hear your picks and why.

Won't be at the PBR, but I'll be at the NFR for the entire time in Dec. Anyone else?

Chris is a great man. The PBR and all it's fans are loosing a great competitor. Asside from his many accomplishments in the arena, Chis is a great horseman, COWBOY, roper and loves to catch cattle or hogs with his fine pack of dogs. He is a damn good dog man and can sure handle a large pack. He has my respect in every aspect that you can think of. He will do well in his post riding days.

As for the leaving Las Vegas safe and healthy... That's where I put a little extra pressure on myself. I feel like you've got someone through their whole career. Then they announce their retirement and wish to spend the rest of their days as a family man. When you know theirs just Six more buuls and someones career will be a success. Boy will that make you want to bare down and get them through it.

Good luck in Vegas buddy! It would be awesome to see J.B., Austin or L.J. Pull it off but I'm not sure they can get past silvano. I think J.B. has the best shot just because he lives to ride rank bulls and silvano hasn't done too good on any short round bulls this year. Anyone that can throw down on asteroid has a chance, would love to see mauney cover bushwacker in Vegas! Good luck and stay safe, you frank and Jessie are in Vegas for a reason!

I'm going with Alves and Bushwhacker. Wife's picking Mauney and Astroid. We'll be watching on TV the last three rounds. We don't get the NBC sports network out here in the sticks.
Watched the Lion hunt in Coloradp on the outdoor channel 30 minutes ago. Wasn't too bad, liked the long bow and that buckskin horse, along with the hounds. Especially the one snuffing its nose in the tracks up to its eyes. Be careful in the big pen.
I can make 'em go and I can make 'em Whoa !
God makes 'em do.
I'll take Jesus, you can have the field
