Idaho forest servise regs question

Hey folks, I'm seriously considering moving from Montana to Idaho due to Idaho being much more hunter and trapper friendly. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me whether you can buy small timber sales and commercial firewood permits from the state and/or forest service in Idaho. And also how they are obtained, etc...thanks in advance!
