Showtime in washington

I fronted Scott showtime for 1700. 4 bobcat pelts and I get to stud him out 2 times. So far it's been like 4 months and he has not kept his end of bargain. Keeps acting like he's sending money week after week but never happens. Always has excuse. I told him I want dog back and he said no. He never kept his end of bargain so he rented dog for 4 months.
