I have been on this forum for quite some time now and have met some very nice people that I now call friends. All of which say they are going to make it to the cat hunters gathering on june 15th and 16th. Except David. I was thinking if we fellow cathunters raised enough money for a round trip plane ticket from Davids place to Eugene . Wouldn't he have to use it and show up? I bet I know someone who would pick u up at the airport. So what do u guys think. And what do u think David. I don't mean to put u on the spot or anything. Honestly it would be a gift for us to shake your hand and meet u in person , for the first time or again.

A flight from Minneapolis to Portland is around 500. to Eugene 600. that is if he left on the 14th and went back on the 17th. just sayin

David is working in North Dakota right now so we will have to see where to fly him out of.
Dad says that we will pickup the balance of his ticket.

David always has a place to stay at my house. I am close to Eugene airport and will pick him if he wants. If it is Portland we will have someone there to meet him also. Dewey

If jc ends up in hell im pretty sure the devil himself will throw him out! Not even he could handle a character like jc. I sure hope you are able to make us put our money where our mouths are and make it out here. Look forward to meeting you and talking bout the dogs we had in common way back.

Have you ever had too much to drink and then said some things or did some things that you wish you had not? That has never happened to me. At least not that I can remember. But many times I have had to much "wake" and not enough sleep and said some things or did some things I wish I had not. The post above was one of those things. Sorry about that. thank ful for the chance to edit it.
Let me try again even though I still have not had much sleep.
I am extremely honored by this thing. I have always felt extremely honored every time JC has invited me to come spend some time with him and his dogs. That means that I have felt extrememly honored every time I have ever talked to JC.
I am going to try and make it. Not as an author, or as a preacher, or musician or as a truck driver, or as some one who even belongs at a gathering of people who hunt bobcats (because I dont hunt bobcats). I am just going to try and make it to hopefully see a friend, and maybe even a few friends. I have a job or I would let you pay my way. The thought is extremely kind and honestly sealed my desire to be there. But I can afford to get out there so dont worry about that part of it.
I have been hoping to have some books with me, but even that is not for certain. There are a few factors known and unknown that I have yet to deal with to make that happen.

Did you see the History channel special on the Bible? Dang I guess Jesus must have looked like a movie star. Handsome guy that Jesus. Wish I could look as good as Jesus, i'd probably have at least one girlfriend. Maybe I'll look good in heaven so i can have one there.

P.S. this is just wierd having my full name with caps at the beginning and spelled correctly at the top of these posts. Could we change the name of the thread some how. Now all my ex-wives and 100's of children all over the US have searched and found me and are askin for money.
