Tell me about new mexico?

hey guys im thinking about moving to new mexico next year or so from arizona. can anyone tell me about the bear and lion hunting there and wat parts of the state or units have a good population of both? also are they both over the counter? wat would be a good city to look into that i could drive from and get into areas where both lions and bears are. thanks alot in advance everyone. ill be bringing all my hounds and see how they do on that new mexico dirt haha.
