Willie, I hate to break the bad news to you but some of garmins products are made in China, the rest are made in Taiwan.

I figured that was a given, as I think we all can agree aint a whole lot of quality goin on there. Good concept, I enjoy the hell out of them. Just plain cell phone mentality. Throw away junk in a short period of time. The wild upgrade roller-coaster ride!! Sad thing though I 'm pretty sure they cost American jobs down at the Tri-Tronics factory in Tucson. Pretty sure FOR RENT SIGNS on that place.

You got that right Willie. The United States doesn't produce much of anything anymore, just a few people getting rich by trading money for more money.
