Help needed for DC50 and astro 320

Help needed for DC50 and astro 320

Hi peoples

Just got new 320 and DC50's
Started out great paired them up well

updated 320

updated DC50's

Now 320 won't pick up collars...?
DC50 constant red blinking light. Which makes me think collars not picking up satellite...?

Checked collars on Webupdater and says software update still needed, even though already done..??

HELP.......!!!!!!!!!

ARGGG......!

After loads and Loads of googling I might have found the problem

'Question: Why is the DC 50 LED light rapidly flashing red after updating its software?
Answer:
Occasionally a faulty charge error can be introduced into the TT 10 or DC 50 when updating its firmware utilizing a MAC computer. This issue is not typically caused by hardware and a repair is unneeded.

To resolve this error, locate a PC and perform a firmware update with Webupdater'

I HAVE A MAC.......!!!!!

yup, you found your problem.....

Find a PC to update your collars with and life will be peachy again.

Hi

Yup at worked a beauty :)

I do have another question tho? Our new 320 has the bark detection but when upgrading our slightly older 320 (12months or so old) it does not included the bark detection for the DC50?
