I might have a potential job opportunity in sylvania Oregon. How far of a drive is that to cat hunting grounds. My wife seriously hates winter here in mn. What is the weather like over there? Here we have probably only been above zero 10 days since Christmas.

I just moved from Iowa to Northeast Oregon (which is one of the colder parts of the state) and I can tell you the weather here is a whole lot better than the Midwest. You guys have been having a really bad winter this year! Glad I am not there. Some one from that area can tell you more about the hunting...but I can sure tell you your wife will like the change in the weather.

Between Tigard & Lake Oswego, I guess ? Ten minutes from down town Portland.

Al, I kind of figured that's where he was talking about but didn't think that was a town, more of an area or part of Portland.
Redbarntrailhounds, if it is where I'm thinking you would be an hour drive from cat hunting.
