DC 30 update with 320 problem at 9% of update

DC 30 update with 320 problem at 9% of update

Went to update my DC30 with my 320 and at 4% of update the light blinked then at 9% it said "problem updating dog unit software. Cycle power on the dog unit and try again".

Any idea how to fix this? Getting a solid red light now.

Btw tried reinstalling software and it didn't work
