Dc 50 problem

have a dc 50 was hunting other day and it jus turned off I brought home plug it in make sure was charged it charged for 2 days and never went to green light. When u try to turn it on light goes green for 1 second then light goes out wont do nothing. any ideas

on the dc-50 press an HOLD the on an off button for about 30-40 seconds that should reset ur collar
