Ideas for Custom Aluminum Dog Box
Im going to have a aluminum dog box welded together with a riggin rack on the tops, but I dont really know what they should look like, lol, Does anyone have any pics of dog boxes that could be used in both the summer and winter, since when I'm going to be hunting it'll be either really wet outside or 15* and snowing. And in the summer yote season it'll be 90* or more.

checked out the site, their w-style box was pretty much what I was looking for, but I was hoping to fit in at least 4 dogs instead of 2 or 3.
I also need a side storage compartment on the side to store chainsaws, but I have that worked out already.
Im sure after this I wont have much of a bed left since I already have a real deep truck box/105gal fuel tank, which leaves me with 4ft or less of bed to work with.
anyone have any pics of boxes with slanted sides, and partitioning inside the box?

thats a pretty cool box, I like how you made it as high as your bed and used ur bedsides as the sides for your "box", very cool idea.
The boxes on top are a nice touch too, I was thinking my box would be below and have a small door to it, and allow my saw to slide right against my wheel well, since I got one of them larger saws, lol, sometimes too big, lol, what am I saying ?!?
somedays I wonder if I should just have a flatbed built and then I'd have everything where I want em and no fitment issues.

If you are thinkin of a flatbed I would reccomend the company bradford built. I love havin all the flat useable space with no wheel wells.

Re: Ideas for Custom Aluminum Dog Box
pm Rico for pictures of his, he built the nicest aluminum dog box for summer/winter that I've seen. Would easily hold 6 dogs plus a storage box, riggin rails and all for a toyota.

Here are some pix of a box that I hunted out of for a few years. It has storage in the top and is designed to fit aginst the back of the wheel wells. It made is much easier to let them go from the rig rack and left plenty of room in the front for gear or whatever.
